Enterprise brand and product design system

Nexora’s brand looked different in every channel. We built a system — identity, components and production standards — so every surface felt like one company.

One brand and component system across marketing, product and production — so every surface finally feels related.

Context

Nexora Group had grown through product lines, regional sites and agency relationships. Each surface looked almost right — and collectively wrong. Marketing shipped one visual language. Product shipped another. Production assets rarely matched either.

The brand was not failing because of a missing logo refresh. It was failing because there was no shared system for decisions across teams that shipped every week.

The challenge

Agencies and product teams were inventing variants under deadline pressure. Without governance, every release diluted recognition. Without a component system, engineering re-implemented the same patterns differently on every surface.

Nexora needed identity principles, a usable UI system and production standards that marketing, product and external partners could share.

Approach

How we worked the problem

  1. 01

    Audit the drift

We inventoried how identity, components and production assets had diverged across agencies, product teams and regional sites.

  2. 02

    Define shared principles

Identity rules were written for decision-making, not for a PDF that nobody opens after kickoff.

  3. 03

    Build usable components

The UI system was designed for marketing and product to share — with tokens, patterns and documentation that engineers could actually implement.

  4. 04

    Include production

Film, motion and campaign assets were treated as first-class surfaces so digital and production stopped inventing separate brands.

Approach

We audited drift across live surfaces, then distilled principles that answered real questions: hierarchy, color discipline, photography, motion and voice.

From those principles we built a component library and token set that product and marketing could implement. Documentation was written for shipping teams, not for awards juries.

Production was included from the start. Motion and film guidelines sat beside UI patterns so campaign work would reinforce the product — not compete with it.

What we delivered

Nexora received a brand and product system: principles, components, tokens, production rules and a governance model for agencies and internal teams.

Priority marketing surfaces were relaunched from the system so the organization could see the standard in market immediately — not as a future promise.

Outcome

New pages and campaigns start from the same system. Brand and product finally look related — because they are built from the same decisions.

The lasting win is operational. Teams argue less about taste and more about whether a new pattern belongs in the system.

Deliverables

  • Brand identity principles and usage rules
  • Shared component library for web and product
  • Design tokens and documentation
  • Production and motion guidelines
  • Governance model for agencies and internal teams
  • Launch kit for priority marketing surfaces
